At Giving Back Chiropractic NFP, we are committed to providing affordable chiropractic care to low-income individuals, veterans, families, and young athletes. Our mission is to promote overall wellness through natural healing methods. We prioritize effective initiatives that serve the areas that need them most.
We offer two Wellness plans for either Adults or Children as well as some pre-paid visit packages if you cannot commit to a regular monthly schedule.

Adult Wellness Membership Care Plan
This plan provides 4 Chiropractic Wellness visits a month for the low cost of $80 per month.
Terms and Conditions of such a great offer are as follows:
Visits do not rollover if they are unused
Additional visits can be purchased for $20 each
The monthly fee is automatically charged to your card monthly
A 6 month commitment is required
Cancellation after the 6 months must be done before the next auto debit is performed. Refunds will not be given, but the 4 visits will be provided
Must sign our cancellation form
Child Wellness Membership Care Plan
This plan provides 4 Chiropractic Wellness visits a month for the low cost of $60 per month.
Terms and Conditions of such a great offer are as follows:
Visits do not rollover if they are unused
Additional visits can be purchased for $15 each
The monthly fee is automatically charged to your card monthly
A 6 month commitment is required
Cancellation after the 6 months must be done before the next auto debit is performed. Refunds will not be given, but the 4 visits will be provided
Must sign our cancellation form
6 Visit Package is available for $200 ($33.33/ visit)
Visits must be used within 12 months after purchase.
10 Visit Package is available for $300 ($30/ visit)
Visits must be used within 12 months after purchase.
